KredittGjenvinning AS ble etablert i 1995, og siden den gang har vi arbeidet for våre kunder med fakturering, reskontroføring, purring og inkasso. Vår målsetting er at vi ved hjelp av personlig oppfølging hurtigst mulig kan friskmelde skyldnere, og det på en slik måte at våre kunder raskt får tilbake sine penger og beholder sine kunder. KredittGjenvinning AS har alltid lagt stor vekt på produktutvikling og tekniske løsninger, og vi var først i Norge til å tilby våre kunder et Webkontor. Vi legger stor vekt et høyt kunnskapsnivå, og firmaets ansatte har mange års erfaring fra bransjen i tillegg til at de fleste har egen inkassobevilling.
Vår kjernevirksomhet er å tilby inkassotjenester til våre kunder. Vi har mer enn 15 års erfaring med å løse inkassosaker, og i 2011 kommer vi til å behandle mer enn 35 000 inkassosaker. For deg som kunde er det viktig at saken løses, og at din inkassopartner ikke ødelegger de gode relasjonene du har til dine kunder. På bakgrunn av våre erfaringer, har vi bygget opp et komplett tilbud med stor vekt på kommunikasjon, kompetanse og intern kvalitetssikring.
Hos KredittGjenvinning AS får alle kunder en fast saksbehandler. For å gjøre det enkelt for både kunder og skyldnere å komme i kontakt med oss, blir all korrespondanse merket med saksbehandlers e-postadresse og direkte telefonnummer. Skyldnere tilbys også sikker kommunikasjon godkjent av Datatilsynet via vårt Webkontor.

Our system is therefore protected by the latest firewall architecture, and we have implemented several physical initiatives that keep us in the forefront of developments In order to satisfy all of the provisions in the regulations laid down by the Banking, Insurance and Securities Commission of Norway, KredittGjenvinning AS has drawn up its own IC/HSE manual built on ISO 2001 registration.

KredittGjenvinning AS is associated with partners throughout all of the Nordic and European countries to handle international debt collection. In the case of collection, all of the associated companies have developed equivalent internet applications. This means that a client of one of the partner companies can review all cases being processed in the other countries (through their own company's online system). It also makes it possible to get identical and, therefore, comparable reports for all of the countries.
